I take this opportunity to introduce myself, as postdoctoral research fellow. I am a doctor in biochemistry and have Ph.D. I am assistant Prof. in Mansoura University. I am working for two years as co-operation between my university and Rostock University in Germany in Faculty of Medicine in Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. J. Brock, in the field of Biochemistry and molecular biology special in signal transduction. I have submitted my thesis to Cairo University, entitled as “Galectin-1 Stimulated Signaling Events in T-Lymphocytes”. During my doctoral work I have been exposed to various conventional and advanced techniques 1-Investigate the mechanisms of T cell activation on the level of signal transduction induced by galectin-1 (gal-1). 2- Analysis of the effects induced by inhibition of N-glycan processing on gal-1 binding and signaling events in Jurkat T Lymphocytes 3- Detection of gal-1 induced activation of p44/42 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), p38 MAPK, and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) 4- Detection of gal-1 induced procaspase processing by immunoblotting I have contributed to 7 research publications in highly reputed peer reviewed international journals. Also, I am Awarded prize to work as postdoctoral in India according to (CSIR-TWAS) Title of Postdoctoral: Identification of total proteins of the Antarctic bacterium Pseudomonas syringae Lz4W, a strain with unsequenced genome by Proteomic Technique. Under the supervision Dr.C.S.Sundaram and Dr.M.V.Jagannadham and work in Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB),Uppal Road, Hyderabad-500 007, India I am very much interested to find job as Assistant Prof. in biochemistry /chemistry or related for this subject in university/institute or clinical laboratory (diagnostic lab) I am enclosing a copy of my curriculum vitae for your kind perusal and consideration.
